True human-robot collaboration

As a consequence of (too) strict occupational health and safety, cobots have to travel very slowly in real human-robot collaboration, as is well known. They are slower than humans, so the cycle time is often not satisfactory. This is another reason why the vast majority of MRC is used separately from humans or interacts with them only sporadically (e.g., during palletizing, when the filled pallet is picked up by the human).
Now for an example of true human-robot collaboration. This is worthwhile if the human being performs other activities and therefore does not have to wait for the robot, which is necessarily slow.

The 8 cobots used in the plant process (including screws) between 5,000 and 400,000 parts per year. Some of the robots have been in use since 2013 and are explicitly not intended to replace humans, but to support them.

The author of this blog is available for market research or even a walk through your production/manufacturing at a fixed price(detail), and then make specific proposals for the use of cobots and other robots incl. funding opportunities. Both SMEs and large companies are visited. Among other things in Bavaria a 50% investment promotion is conceivable. The standard book on cobots also comes from him.
