Case study: Inserting platelets into plastic closures using a cobot

So einfach kann automatisiert werden: Der Kunststoffdeckel einer Flasche hat häufig ein Plättchen. Dieses wird typischerweise mit der Hand eingelegt. Diese Tätigkeit ist monoton, setzt offene Lieferketten voraus (Covid19!) und ruft eigentlich nach Automatisierung. Mit Hilfe des elektrischen Vakuumgreifers VGC10 von OnRobot wurde dies realisiert. Für die gesamte Einrichtung an einem Techman-Cobot wurden drei bis vier Tage benötigt.

Obwohl das Tempo im Video eher gemächlich erscheint, können pro Tag etwa 20.000 Plättchen eingelegt werden. Der ROI soll bei nur 6 Monaten liegen. Mir nicht ganz klar ist, ob die Plättchen nicht besser, in größerer Anzahl bereitgestellt werden könnten.
