item: Online Robotics Academy for Beginners
item, the specialist for aluminum profiles and modular systems, has invested heavily. Specifically, the Solingen-based company has recently added an interactive course, including videos, on robotics to its existing item Academy. The course introduces the various types of industrial robots and points out the safety regulations.
Of course, all this is not without ulterior motives. Because a large proportion of cobot users in particular also become item customers. Because unlike with cobots, the choice of suppliers of tables or assembly stations that can be configured as desired is very limited. And so item also contributes to automation.
The robotics course, like other item courses, requires a one-time registration. After clicking on "Online Training" click on "Robotics" and you are ready to go. The video shows very well how the course is designed.
