Omron/ Techman can read screens

Dass die neuen mit Kamera und KI-Software ausgestatteten Cobots von Omron/ Techman Barcodes und mehr lesen können, war bereits bekannt. Das Gleiche gilt für Qualitätskontrolle – offenbar auch ohne Expertenwissen sind die Grundlagen in die Software einlernbar. Ein neues Video zeigt nun kurz etwas anderes, sehr interessantes: Das Lesen von HMI Panel. Gelingt dies so gut wie bei der von mir mit forcierten Software Opdra, ergeben sich völlig neue Möglichkeiten der Automatisierung. Einfache Tätigkeiten, bei denen bislang ein Mitarbeiter sporadisch auf einen Bildschirm schaut, könnten dann mittels der Cobots automatisiert werden. Gerade bei älteren Maschinen ist dies häufig nicht möglich. Ein Schnittstelle, die klassische Form der Datenübertragung, ist regelmäßig nicht vefügbar. Das Video zeigt es kurz bei 0:23
