AICA: No-code programming from Switzerland

The startup AICA comes from Lausanne, i.e. from Lake Geneva and thus from French-speaking Switzerland. Founded in 2019, the founders have already spent five years conducting university research. AICA offers simple but intelligent software. The number of no-code providers is now considerable. Wandelbots, Augmentus, RoboDK, drag&bot and ArtiMinds have already been presented here.

The product

The robotic-agnostic solution allows programming via a simple plug & play interface. The software is modular to create new solutions from an extensive library of applications. Many of the modules are AI-enhanced and capable of solving highly complex tasks, such as force interaction or motion learning. AICA can be very flexible and used for both industrial robots and cobots thanks to its Artificial Intelligence. AICA's algorithms also enable robots to adapt, interact and collaborate autonomously. Companies can move their production in-house, increasing productivity and control.

The company will initially distribute its solution in Switzerland and neighboring countries.
