Kassow Robots expands team in DACH

The Danish robot manufacturer should already be satisfied with the way things are going in Germany in 2022. In Bosch-Rexroth, the company has found a majority shareholder and investor, it has been able to win a number of new sales partners, then there was the major order for 60 cobots, and now another interesting personnel development. Incidentally, Bosch-Rexorth points out on its website that it has been growing faster than the rest of the mechanical engineering industry for years.

"Cobot-Uli" Möller, who has significantly strengthened the sales network since January 2022, now shares responsibility for the DACH sales region with Christian Lorenscheit. Lorenscheit also has close ties to the world of cobots. Previously, he held senior positions at OnRobot, Universal Robots and Wandelbots respectively. Both report to Global Sales Manager Dieter Pletscher. The team is to be expanded further as a result. Despite the split, the "long-established" Ulrich Möller should now have more to do than at the beginning of the year. On the one hand, Kassow Robots has grown in the DACH region, and then there are trade fairs to attend and the partner network that has grown in the meantime to maintain.

"We are very pleased to have won Christian Lorenscheit for Kassow Robots - and for two reasons. He brings with him excellent know-how in all aspects of cobots and is very well connected in the industry. In addition, he is a perfect human fit for us. We are all looking forward to working together," emphasizes Dieter Pletscher. Ulrich Möller can only agree: "We are growing in Germany and continuing to expand our business. I know Christian Lorenscheit from a previous collaboration. It's great that we are now on the road as a team!" Dieter Pletscher is planning to expand the team further and is therefore currently looking for a Technical Support colleague specifically to look after DACH.

Christian Lorenscheit (born 1972) has been working in the cobot industry for many years and is very well connected in the industry. He has set his sights on expanding Kassow Robots' presence in the north before the end of 2022 and, of course, actively supporting the existing partners in his sales region. "I already caught fire for these cobots during my first visit to Copenhagen. The 7 degrees of freedom of the Kassow Robots, combined with the payloads and reach, open up huge opportunities for companies. These are top cobots that I am now on board to sell," explains Lorenscheit. In addition to the top product, the "human factor" was decisive for him when he chose Kassow Robots. "I already knew Dieter Pletscher well and therefore knew: With him - just like with Uli Möller - I will be able to advance something on a very personal level, closely and trustingly in a dynamic team with flat hierarchies!" For Christian Lorenscheit, the end customer and partner are always the most important thing. They should always be able to rely on his word and he will help them with all his relationships and network to "build a great automation".
