Startup Ratings: Agile Robots remains stable

Part of the blog's objective is to support startups within its modest means. This includes mentioning corporate actions to show that things can continue even in a more difficult environment for robotics. In addition, such articles are, of course, click-bringers. That valuations have fallen is not surprising. After all, the price of a company (as well as real estate, for example) depends to a large extent on market interest rates as well as the general environment. Here, market expectations are of importance. Using the example of Agile Robots, it can now be shown that valuations can be stable even in these times. Ideally, this can help smaller startups.

Major shareholder Foxconn has published quarterly figures

Foxconn (properly HON HAI PRECISION INDUSTRY CO., LTD) has now released its Q3 2022 report. This also includes the shareholding statement. First, here is an excerpt of the corresponding report as of June 30, 2022. The Agile Robots investment can be seen in the bottom line. The values are in 1,000 Taiwanese dollars:

Three months later, i.e. on September 30, 2022, the proportion of Agile Robots shares was unchanged. The valuation was even slightly higher. A fair value was not determined, but presumably there was also no reason to perform a revaluation during the year. Final clarity will be provided when the annual financial statements are presented.

Conclusion for startups: Even in a more difficult environment, there can be stable valuations.

In the video, Kaufbeuren Mayor Bosse begins by talking about the opening of the Agile Robots manufacturing facility in his city.

The author of this blog is significantly involved in the AI/robotics project Opdra. He answers companies the question if and how a robot could be used in your company (initial analysis including recommendation). This in the greater areas of Trier and Lüneburg as well as Eastern Germany without Leipzig/ Berlin for 700 € net, in the rest of Germany for an all-inclusive price of 1,750 € net (incl. travel). The low price is possible thanks to promotion. Permanently looking for interesting solutions, he has already seen hundreds of applications. For this reason, his customers also include large companies that have know-how but do not know the entire market. For companies with 250 employees or more or those based in Austria or Switzerland, the flat rate does not apply. Details can be found here.
