Startup presents extremely simple tool change
Das Startup TripleA hat diese Woche ein System vorgestellt, das ohne Druckluft zum An- und Abkoppeln beim Wechsel auskommt und daher “einzigartig günstig zu installieren ist”. Der “Wingman”, so heißt die Applikation, soll binnen weniger Minuten eingerichtet sein, so dass eine dauerhafte Flexibilität gegeben wäre. Das Plug-and-Play-System ist für die meisten Cobots verwendbar. Bei einem Eigengewicht von 260g ist eine Traglast von 33 kg möglich. Der Wingman ist 3 cm dick und für kollaborative Sicherheit (ISO/TS 15066) getestet. Die Wiederholgenauigkeit beträgt 0,03 mm.
Interessanterweise kommt das Startup aus Odense, also dem dänischen Cobot-Mekka.
